The United Nations humanitarian agencies called for cessation of hostilities in Syria for at least one month to deliver aid to all those in need. The UN humanitarian coordinator in Syria Ali al-Zaatari and other humanitarian agencies accepted the paper. The humanitarian situation is critical in Eastern Ghouta, Idlib province and Rukhban refugee camp.
