Fifteen thousand Syrians who avoided the duties of military service granted amnesty in Syria

As part of the implementation of the decree of the President of the Syrian Arab Republic Bashar al-Assad dated November 9, 2018 the Syrian authorities continue to work on amnesty for those who evaded from military service including those among refugees and former members of terrorist groups. About 15000 Syrians who avoided the duties of military service including among refugees and former jihadist rebels were granted amnesty in Syria as of December 4. Another positive meaning of the decree that it boosters the process of refugees to return home.
